30-Day Returns Guarantee
We offer a 30-day returns policy. You therefore have 30 days from receiving your item to request a refund.

If the product has not been used, is in its original condition and is returned within 30 days of receipt, we will issue the refund.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us first at info@fioriano.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel.

⚠️ Note: Products returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

A return label will be sent to the customer with the necessary instructions. You can then send the parcel to the address shown on the label.

Return shipping costs

• We will cover the cost of the return and you will be refunded in full.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Damaged or incorrect products

When your order is delivered, please inspect the item. If there is a defect, damage or error, contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and arrange a replacement or a refund.

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
